No Show this year
It saddens Friends-in-Art (FIA) to announce that there will be no Showcase of the Performing Arts this year. While we understand that this has been a highlight at many ACB conferences and conventions, this event has become too much of a drain on our treasury especially since fewer people are attending in-person conventions post-Covid. WE will be holding a town hall meeting on Saturday, May 4 to discuss this and other FIA matters. Details to follow shortly.
While this was a heart-breaking decision for us to make, we do plan to find ways to reinvigorate the Showcase using current technologies; details to follow over the next several months.
